Confidential Conversations: Ground Zero does not routinely provide employers with employee names, personal details, or the substance of individual consultations. Confidentiality is maintained subject to applicable legal, ethical, and immediate-safety obligations.
Independent Third-Party Support: We operate outside the organization's internal management structure while complementing existing benefits and resources.
Employee & Family Support: Employees and household members have a trusted place to discuss concerns, explore available options, and receive guidance toward an appropriate next step.
